Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate tool inventory systems with regular audits and documentation
- Coordinate tool maintenance schedules, including calibration and repairs
- Support production teams by ensuring timely tool availability and distribution
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards within the tool room
- Assist in procurement and stocking of new tools and replacement parts
- Train staff on proper tool handling, usage, and storage procedures
- Generate reports on tool utilization, maintenance costs, and inventory status
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool management processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; certificate in technical field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in tool room management or inventory control
- Strong knowledge of tool maintenance and calibration procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
