We are seeking a meticulous Tools Keeper to manage the entire lifecycle of tools and equipment within our manufacturing operations. This critical role ensures operational efficiency by overseeing receiving, storage, issuance, and return procedures. You'll maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and enforce safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift) and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to support our production environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming tools and equipment
- Implement systematic storage solutions for optimal inventory control and accessibility
- Manage issuance processes with proper authorization and tracking systems
- Oversee return procedures including damage assessment and reconciliation
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols
- Operate forklifts for equipment transportation as required
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing schedules
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory SIO Forklift Operator License
- Minimum 2 years experience in tool/equipment management
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of safety standards for industrial equipment
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Physical capability to handle tools and machinery of varying sizes
- Basic technical knowledge of common industrial tools
- Effective communication skills across departments
