This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive base salary of ₱30,000 – ₱38,000 per month, uncapped commission potential, comprehensive benefits, and all necessary equipment provided. As a Tour Coordinator, you will be the master planner behind exceptional travel experiences. You will manage complex itineraries, negotiate with global vendors, and deliver top-tier customer service to ensure every trip is flawless. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and book comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours for clients.
- Develop, manage, and optimize tour itineraries to ensure cost-effectiveness and an exceptional client experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, hotels, airlines, and DMCs to secure the best rates and services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide expert travel advice, resolve issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Proactively upsell travel packages, insurance, and add-on services to exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
- Accurately process bookings, manage reservations in the system, and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Stay informed about travel trends, visa regulations, and safety protocols to provide accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and promote new travel products and destinations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Tour Coordinator, Travel Agent, or a similar role in the travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), travel booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City.
