Bucket-T is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Tour Guide to cater specifically to our Japanese-speaking guests visiting the beautiful islands of Cebu and Bohol. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase the hidden gems of the Philippines while creating lasting memories for travelers from Japan.
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, informed, and entertained throughout their journey. If you have a high proficiency in the Japanese language, a vibrant personality, and a deep appreciation for local tourism, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours across key tourist spots in Cebu and Bohol.
- Provide clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive explanations in Japanese to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage tour logistics, including guest pick-ups, itinerary coordination, and time management.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests throughout the duration of the excursion.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and resolve minor issues on-site.
- Coordinate with local partners, transport providers, and venue staff to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Collect guest feedback and report insights to the operations team to help improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or equivalent proficiency is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Background in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable traveling within Cebu and Bohol provinces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
