Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive tourist information and assistance regarding attractions, accommodations, and local services
- Manage visitor inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) with prompt and accurate responses
- Coordinate with tourism stakeholders, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless visitor experiences
- Maintain and update tourism databases, promotional materials, and digital resources
- Assist in developing and implementing tourism marketing campaigns aligned with regional priorities
- Prepare visitor statistics and reports to inform tourism strategy and resource allocation
- Facilitate cultural orientation sessions and promote sustainable tourism practices
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in tourism, hospitality, or government sector
- Proficiency in English and local dialects; additional languages advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Bangsamoro's tourism landscape, cultural sites, and attractions
- Experience with reservation systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse visitor demographics
- Valid government-issued certification in tourism or hospitality (CSG or equivalent preferred)
