Megaworld Corporation, a leading developer in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and environmentally-conscious Township Officer to support the Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our townships are not only premium residential and commercial hubs but also models of environmental stewardship.
As a Township Officer, you will work on the ground to oversee critical forestry, landscaping, and reforestation projects. You will play an active role in maintaining the lush green spaces that define our townships, ensuring ecological balance and aesthetic excellence. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about urban development, environmental conservation, and operational efficiency within a premier real estate organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily forestry and landscaping maintenance activities within the township.
- Implement reforestation programs and monitor the growth and health of plant species.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all environmental initiatives and project progress reports.
- Monitor site-wide sustainability metrics and recommend improvements for resource conservation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the township's greenery meets Megaworldâs premium quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, contractors, and community members regarding environmental sustainability projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in environmental management, landscaping, or property operations.
- Strong understanding of Philippine environmental laws and sustainable development practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports.
- Proactive, field-oriented, and comfortable working in outdoor township environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple site projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office applications for reporting purposes.
