Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Newport township to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery
- Manage and coordinate township staff and resources effectively to maintain high standards
- Implement and maintain township policies, procedures, and service standards
- Address resident and tenant inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and positive relationships
- Monitor and report on township performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders for township projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in property management or township operations preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in various situations
- Knowledge of local regulations, compliance requirements, and property management best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software systems
