Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify trade orders and related documentation with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain precise records of all trading activities, transactions, and client communications.
- Assist in monitoring market trends and data relevant to our retail and consumer product trading activities.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth trade settlement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries on trading performance, market insights, and operational metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the trading team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Support the team in managing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative, operational support, or trading assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic team environment.
- Basic understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, or supply chain operations is a significant advantage.
