Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and support international trade strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Facilitate cross-border transactions and ensure strict compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, to streamline trade processes.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential international trade partnerships.
- Manage documentation, licensing, and record-keeping for all import/export activities.
- Resolve trade-related issues and bottlenecks efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor global market trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international trade, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in trade management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
