Grandville Food Indonesia is seeking a talented Trade Marketing professional to lead our strategy and execution efforts. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and retail execution, ensuring our products capture maximum visibility and consumer interest at the point of sale.

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive plans that enhance product placement, manage merchandising standards, and analyze market trends to boost sales performance. You will work closely with distributors and internal cross-functional teams to launch successful campaigns and optimize shelf presence. If you are eager to make a tangible impact in the FMCG industry and possess a data-driven approach to marketing, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Trade Marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and merchandising activities.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and retail partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and product visibility.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Supply Chain teams to support product launches and promotional events.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trade marketing performance to stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail channels, shopper behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations within Jakarta Raya as required.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on achieving results.
