Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for driving brand visibility and sales growth? We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Executive to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the trade, responsible for executing high-impact promotional programs that capture consumer attention at the point of purchase.
You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement trade activities, manage point-of-sale materials (POSM), and coordinate field-level activations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the shopping experience and influence consumer behavior in a fast-paced market environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive trade and consumer promotion programs to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across retail partners.
- Coordinate and supervise Sales Promotion teams and in-store sampling activations to maximize brand presence.
- Monitor trade marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for future promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between brand strategy and retail execution.
- Conduct regular store audits to monitor competitor activities and ensure standard planogram compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG, or Retail Operations.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail landscape in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management and coordination of field-based promotional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with trade partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance reports.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Selatan area as required for store visits and activation monitoring.
