Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and implement effective in-store promotions and point-of-sale materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to ensure brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trade campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activations, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Brand Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to travel as required to visit retail outlets and monitor trade activities.
