Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated trade marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee merchandising standards and ensure strict brand consistency across all retail touchpoints and distribution channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive volume growth, maximize market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute high-impact point-of-sale (POS) activations, promotional campaigns, and sampling activities.
- Analyze retail data, consumer trends, and market dynamics to optimize marketing investments and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key retail partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the trade marketing budget and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Proven track record of managing retail execution, merchandising projects, and in-store activations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German or Swiss languages is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and trade marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to travel to retail outlets and attend trade shows as required.
