Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute effective trade marketing activations and promotional programs at retail outlets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to adjust tactical strategies.
- Manage point-of-purchase (POP) materials and ensure store visibility aligns with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support channel-specific marketing objectives.
- Organize product training and roadshows for retail staff and distributors.
- Prepare regular reports on trade marketing ROI and sales conversion rates.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure inventory levels and displays meet operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or Retail Marketing.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG or Consumer Electronics/Appliances industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel) and creating impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retail partners.
- Ability to travel as required for store visits and market activities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
