Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP is seeking a highly skilled Trade Spend Consultant to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients optimize their trade spend activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maximizing ROI within fast-paced distribution environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile trade spend accounts, ensuring all promotional accruals are accurately recorded.
- Analyze distribution trade programs to identify variances and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline promotional settlement processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports regarding trade spend efficiency and client profitability.
- Maintain compliance with internal accounting standards and tax reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation based on historical trade spend data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual trade spend audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trade spend management or distribution accounting.
- Proven expertise in promotional fund management and rebate reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex distribution financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
- Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
