Tanggung Jawab
- Manage trademark prosecution portfolios for Singapore and regional clients
- Conduct comprehensive trademark clearance searches and provide legal advice
- Prepare and file trademark applications with IPOS and regional IP offices
- Respond to office actions and handle opposition proceedings
- Monitor trademark renewals and maintain compliance calendars
- Advise clients on infringement matters and enforcement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated IP solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field
- 0-2 years' experience in trademark prosecution or IP law
- Familiarity with Singapore Trademarks Act and ASEAN protocols
- Proficiency in trademark databases (e.g., WIPO, IPOS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
