Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain traffic control plans according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and around construction zones
- Use proper signaling devices, signs, and barriers to ensure safe passage for all road users
- Communicate effectively with construction crews, supervisors, and the general public
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust control measures as needed to ensure safety
- Document daily activities, incidents, and traffic control measures
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Maintain all traffic control equipment in good working condition
Kualifikasi
- Certification in traffic control and management (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in traffic control or construction site safety preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor duties
- Basic understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Valid driver's license (Class D or higher preferred)
