Join Agung Logistics as a Traffic Management Control Staff and play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time traffic conditions using surveillance systems and adjust control strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during traffic incidents or road closures
- Implement traffic diversion plans during peak hours, construction, or special events
- Maintain detailed logs of traffic patterns, incidents, and control measures
- Train and supervise junior traffic control personnel on standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule optimal delivery windows based on traffic forecasts
- Ensure all traffic control equipment (barriers, signs, signals) is functional and properly deployed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or civil engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic management, logistics coordination, or related field
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in traffic management software and CCTV monitoring systems
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's road networks and traffic regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Certification in traffic control or emergency management is advantageous
