Join China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd as a Traffic Management Officer (TMO) and play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow at our construction sites. As a TMO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMP) that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Your expertise will be vital in maintaining site safety protocols, minimizing traffic disruptions, and protecting both workers and the public. You will serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and permits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMP) for construction sites
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to ensure traffic control measures are properly executed
- Establish and maintain effective communication with local authorities, police, and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential traffic hazards and implement corrective actions
- Train and supervise traffic control personnel on proper signage, barricade placement, and safety protocols
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for traffic permits and regulatory compliance
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust management plans as needed to minimize disruptions
- Ensure all traffic control measures comply with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certification in Traffic Management or Road Safety is highly desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and road safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and traffic control diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
