Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site traffic management operations to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Develop and implement traffic control plans compliant with safety regulations and project requirements
- Supervise and train traffic management personnel to enforce safety protocols
- Monitor traffic conditions in real-time and adjust control measures as needed
- Coordinate with project teams, authorities, and stakeholders regarding traffic-related matters
- Conduct regular inspections of traffic control devices and signage
- Document traffic incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Ensure all activities comply with local traffic laws and company safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Traffic Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in traffic management within construction industry
- Valid certification in traffic control management (e.g., SPVM/JPJ certification)
- Strong knowledge of traffic control regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments under varying conditions
- Valid driving license with clean record
