Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team with daily bookkeeping, data entry, and filing.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements.
- Assist in the internal audit process and maintain compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and archives.
- Perform basic research on financial trends and assist in budget preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
