Tanggung Jawab
- Support the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring a clear audit trail in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in the month-end closing process and assist in the generation of monthly financial reports.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external audit cycles by preparing necessary schedules and documents.
- Input financial data into the ERP system with high precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve basic financial queries and discrepancies.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduates who are eager to develop a career in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to evolving business processes.
