Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis for new hires and existing agents within the Collections Account.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments aligned with client and company standards.
- Facilitate engaging and effective classroom-based, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure skill mastery.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for compliance and performance tracking.
- Stay current with industry best practices in collections, communication, and adult learning methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting, specifically handling Collections accounts.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on neutral accent and strong grammar.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Deep understanding of collections processes, regulations, and performance metrics.
- Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Certification in Training (e.g., Train the Trainer) is a distinct advantage.
