Are you a passionate Learning & Development professional with a knack for driving operational excellence? Home Credit is looking for a dynamic Trainer Coordinator to join our Collection Operations team in West Java. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic training initiatives and frontline performance, ensuring our Field Collectors are equipped with the skills, compliance knowledge, and communication expertise required to excel in a fast-paced financial services environment.
You will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery, conducting thorough skills-gap analyses, and providing actionable reporting insights to management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative culture and is committed to fostering continuous improvement within our collection force.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs specifically tailored for Field Collection teams.
- Conduct regular skills-gap analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and learning opportunities.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and coaching modules aligned with company collection standards.
- Provide data-driven reporting to regional management regarding training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and on-the-job coaching to enhance negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure trainer alignment and consistency in messaging across the West Java region.
- Evaluate training ROI and adapt curriculum based on changing business needs and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, L&D, or operations coordination, preferably within the collection or financial industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training delivery methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for reporting and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within West Java as needed to support various collection sites.
- Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
