Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver high-impact training programs tailored for Field Collection teams.
- Conduct regular skills-gap analysis to identify training needs and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure total trainer alignment with national operational standards and company policies.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to management based on training outcomes.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to streamline collection workflows and enhance field productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and digital resources to reflect current collection strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor field performance metrics and provide real-time coaching support to field staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, L&D, or coaching, preferably within a finance or debt collection environment.
- Strong understanding of collection field operations and performance management metrics.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into effective learning interventions.
- Willingness to travel across the East Java region as required by operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
