Are you a passionate trainer with a background in field collection and performance management? Home Credit is seeking a dynamic Trainer Coordinator for Sulawesi to lead our training initiatives and elevate the performance of our Field Collection team. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic training objectives and field execution, ensuring that our collectors are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to excel in a competitive environment.
As our Trainer Coordinator, you will take ownership of the full training lifecycle—from conducting comprehensive skills-gap analyses to delivering impactful training sessions and reporting on key performance indicators. You will play a pivotal role in driving team alignment, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that our operational standards are met with excellence across the Sulawesi region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute end-to-end training programs tailored for Field Collectors in the Sulawesi region.
- Conduct regular skills-gap analyses to identify performance trends and training needs.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on collection strategies, compliance, and soft skills.
- Provide actionable reporting insights to management regarding training impact and collector performance.
- Align field operations with company policies and best practices to ensure consistent quality of service.
- Collaborate with regional managers to address specific performance bottlenecks within the field force.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
- Foster a culture of professional growth and performance excellence among collection team members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a training or development role, specifically within the Finance, Banking, or Debt Collection industry.
- Deep understanding of field collection processes and customer interaction strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into training solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Sulawesi region as required by business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and material creation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
