Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail clients focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions
- Create engaging training materials including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions and virtual training programs for diverse audiences
- Measure training effectiveness through KPI tracking, feedback analysis, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with business objectives
- Stay current with retail industry trends and emerging learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably within retail or customer service sectors
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program impact
- Creative problem-solving abilities with focus on practical learning solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external clients
