Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct product training sessions for retail and dealer teams
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessments
- Enhance product knowledge, awareness, and technical capabilities of sales staff
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to align training content with new launches
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training
- Track training metrics and prepare performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product training or technical education
- Strong knowledge of gadget products and consumer electronics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in training methodologies or adult education preferred
- Experience developing training curricula and multimedia materials
- Ability to analyze training needs and design solutions
- Proven track record of evaluating training effectiveness
