Alldigi Tech is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Trainer (Healthcare Account) to join our growing team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the competence, confidence, and quality standards of our customer service representatives as they navigate the complexities of healthcare support.
You will utilize your background in English education and adult learning principles to design and deliver high-impact training programs. The ideal candidate is an expert in simplifying complex medical terminology and operational processes into easy-to-understand modules, ensuring our team is always ready to provide top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, conduct, and facilitate comprehensive new-hire training programs for healthcare-specific accounts.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance metrics to identify training gaps and design targeted coaching interventions.
- Maintain and update training manuals, presentation decks, and evaluation tools in alignment with client requirements.
- Provide continuous side-by-side coaching and floor support to enhance production efficiency and quality scores.
- Conduct nesting period assessments to ensure agents are fully prepared for live environment transition.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Operations teams to calibrate standards and resolve knowledge discrepancies.
- Facilitate workshops on communication, soft skills, and healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably within a BPO or Healthcare account.
- Strong background in English education or a related discipline with excellent command of the English language.
- In-depth understanding of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage large groups.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting account requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
