- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for international retail staff
- Develop engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on products, services, and sales techniques

- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail training or talent development
- Strong knowledge of international retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Proficiency in training software (LMS, authoring tools) and multimedia content creation
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop targeted interventions
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies preferred
