Are you a passionate Learning & Development professional with a deep background in the Retail or F&B industry? PT. Sumber Daya Mantap is seeking a high-energy Trainer to join our team in BSD, Tangerang. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our employees' professional growth, ensuring our front-line staff possess the skills necessary to deliver world-class service.
As our L&D Trainer, you will own the end-to-end training lifecycle, from conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to delivering engaging workshops and measuring the impact of your programs. We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of retail environments and can translate operational goals into effective learning solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across retail and F&B operations.
- Develop, design, and implement high-impact training modules, including SOP training, customer service excellence, and management development.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions for diverse staff levels.
- Manage the post-training assessment process to track performance improvement and ROI.
- Partner with operational managers to ensure training aligns with store KPIs and company standards.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and digital e-learning assets.
- Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, staff competency levels, and development milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an L&D Trainer, specifically within the Retail or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure training impact and employee performance.
- Willingness to be based in BSD, Tangerang and travel to various store locations as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
