- Develop and deliver operator training programs covering safety procedures, equipment operation, and technical skills
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance operator performance and competency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in training/supervision within mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices
- Certification in adult learning methodologies preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal coaching skills
- Ability to develop engaging training materials and assessments
- Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in training management software or LMS platforms
