Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules and curriculum tailored to organizational needs.
- Deliver high-impact training sessions to employees across various departments, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and propose appropriate learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to align training programs with business objectives and operational standards.
- Update training materials and resources to reflect the latest industry trends and company updates.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to captivate diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
