Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs for retail staff
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Deliver interactive training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect current products and procedures
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training or facilitation roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in training tools and learning management systems
- Relevant certification in training/HR development preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in retail industry highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
