In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the seamless execution of our training programs, ensuring that both internal teams and external participants have a world-class learning experience.

You will be responsible for managing training logistics, maintaining documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for administrative inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end training logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, and catering arrangements.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and certification databases.
- Manage administrative correspondence with participants, trainers, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and organize training schedules and calendars to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Process training feedback forms and compile post-training reports for management review.
- Assist in the procurement of training supplies and management of training-related inventory.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a training or HR environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week schedule.
