In this role, you will be the backbone of our training programs, ensuring seamless execution and coordination of learning initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage schedules, documentation, and learner data, ensuring that every training session runs efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including room bookings and virtual platform setup.
  • Maintain and update training databases and learner attendance records with high accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and digital resources to participants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules and logistics.
  • Monitor registration processes and manage waitlists for popular training modules.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of post-training feedback surveys to support program improvements.
  • Collaborate with trainers and HR partners to ensure all administrative requirements are met ahead of sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a contract-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
