In this role, you will be the backbone of our educational initiatives, ensuring that our training programs and CME activities are executed seamlessly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and fostering an environment of continuous learning. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of internal training sessions and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
  • Manage registration processes, attendee tracking, and certification issuance for all participants.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and speakers to ensure curriculum materials are prepared and distributed effectively.
  • Maintain and update training databases, calendars, and digital learning assets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Monitor and evaluate feedback from participants to drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Handle logistics, including venue coordination, virtual platform setup, and material procurement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or program management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive, professional stakeholder experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
