Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, facilitate, and oversee engaging workshops, e-learning modules, and onboarding programs.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and measure ROI.
- Implement professional development initiatives that support employee retention and career progression.
- Manage the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and curate a diverse library of learning resources.
- Mentor and coach staff to cultivate leadership talent from within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Training and Development or Corporate Learning roles.
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in using LMS software and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Canva).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end training cycles, from assessment to evaluation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable learning outcomes.
