Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and evaluate effective training and development programs tailored to company goals.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous learning workshops for staff at all levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing fair and timely resolution.
- Monitor employee performance metrics to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive, collaborative, and engagement-focused work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, feedback, and employee relations incidents.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies during disciplinary or conflict resolution processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, Training & Development, or Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and employee rights.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
