- Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business goals and competency frameworks
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Develop OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and change readiness
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and executive coaching programs
- Manage training vendor relationships and technology platforms for learning delivery
- Analyze LMS data and metrics to optimize training ROI and program effectiveness
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in training and organizational development
- Advanced certification in instructional design or OD (e.g., CPLP, CPTD)
- Proven expertise in needs analysis, curriculum development, and program evaluation
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering executive-level workshops
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training analytics tools
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry highly preferred
