Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of company-wide training and development programs.
- Manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials, and reserving facilities.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and physical employee training records.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps within their teams.
- Conduct new hire orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of staff.
- Gather feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.
- Process training certifications and track compliance with industry-specific regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for HR and training are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
