Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs and workshops.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for training sessions and field visits.
  • Prepare high-quality training materials, presentations, handouts, and visual aids.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide on-site support to the Lead Trainer during sessions.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and compile detailed performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendee lists, and inventory of training equipment.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to support recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a training, coordination, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and work flexible hours.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
