In this role, you will be the backbone of our training department, ensuring that our team members across all brands are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Whether it's organizing training schedules, managing learning materials, or gathering feedback to improve our programs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth of our employees. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule company-wide training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Prepare and organize training materials, presentations, and digital resources for facilitators.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and employee development databases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules and logistics.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for continuous program improvement.
  • Support the HR team in evaluating the effectiveness of training modules and curricula.
  • Assist in the procurement and setup of training facilities and equipment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or training-support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong desire to contribute to employee development and corporate culture.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a distinct advantage.
