In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our organizational development programs by ensuring our training initiatives run seamlessly.

You will serve as the administrative backbone of our learning and development efforts, assisting in the preparation of high-impact training materials, managing complex schedules, and maintaining accurate records of employee development. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and organize training schedules, booking venues, and ensuring all required technical equipment is operational.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute training materials, handouts, and digital resources for workshops and onboarding sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, managing inquiries and providing support before, during, and after training events.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with participant attendance and assessment results.
  • Collect and summarize post-training feedback surveys to identify areas for program improvement.
  • Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for facilitators and attendees.
  • Assist the Training Manager in developing new curriculum outlines and administrative process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or training support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data tracking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
