Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Conduct training sessions on hospitality standards, service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Organize workshops, team-building activities, and ongoing professional development sessions.
- Track and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training coordination, HR, or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and personalities.
