Nityo Infotech, a leading recruitment and IT solutions company, is hiring a dedicated Training & Development Manager for our prestigious client in the textile manufacturing industry. The client is a prominent player in the polyester textile sector, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. This role is based at their manufacturing plant in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to drive the training and development strategy for the plant. You will be responsible for the full cycle of training: needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation. You will implement both technical and soft skills training programs, develop leadership competencies, and ensure a high level of employee engagement and retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and organizational requirements.
  • Designing and delivering training modules covering technical operations, safety, compliance, and soft skills.
  • Managing the annual training budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Leading talent development programs, including succession planning and leadership pipelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory training requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.

  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is an advantage.
