Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across retail operations
  • Design and implement blended learning programs (workshops, e-learning, onboarding) aligned with business objectives
  • Develop engaging training materials using multimedia tools and instructional design principles
  • Collaborate with department heads to create succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPI tracking, feedback analysis, and ROI calculations
  • Manage vendor relationships for external training resources and technology platforms
  • Stay current with L&D trends to introduce innovative learning methodologies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles within retail sector
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in e-learning development tools
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into training solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering engaging workshops
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
  • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
