Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs for daily workforce
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and visual aids
- Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce training
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Maintain and update training records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Experience with visual learning materials and simplified content
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies
