- Design and implement comprehensive F&B training programs aligned with company standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years F&B training experience in hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in developing multimedia training materials
- Experience with training evaluation methodologies
