Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee needs
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Create engaging learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training technologies
- Collaborate with department heads to develop career development plans for employees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development role
- Strong instructional design skills with experience creating engaging learning materials
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
